What I Ate This Week E.4
Monday:
1st Meal: Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie after the Gym
2nd Meal: (Which is also my 3rd, and 4th meal) Made with Whole Wheat Pasta, Meatballs, Spinach and Cheese.
Drinks: I had 40 ounces of water, and about 20 ounces of ginger ale
Tuesday:
1st Meal: Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats (Honey Clusters)
2nd Meal: 3 Eggs Over Easy, 3 Turkey Sausages and 2 slices of toasted Honey Wheat Bread (I cut it as shown to enjoy my yolk)
3rd Meal: Chicken, Spinach and Pasta. Just Like Mondays Meatball Recipe but with Chicken instead.
4th Meal: Toast with Egg Salad and I had Detox tea as if that would erase my mistakes.
I drank 40 ounces of water, 16 ounces of liquid sugar (Coca Cola)
Wednesday
1st Meal: 2 Eggs Over Easy with 2 Slices of Honey Wheat Toast
2nd Meal: My Boyfriend Carnivore Mass Caramel Vanilla Protein Shake with honey and Two Raspberry preserves sandwiches
3rd Meal: Chicken Spinach and Pasta Bake
4th Meal: 6 Healthy-ish Apple Wraps Check Out the Recipe
I drank 20 ounces of water, 16 ounces of liquid sugar (Coca Cola)
Thursday
1st Meal: Eggs, Whole Wheat Bread and Avocado
2nd Meal: Chicken Spinach and Pasta Bake
Friday
1st Meal: Eggs, Whole Wheat Bread and Avocado
2nd Meal:
3rd Meal: Chicken Spinach and Pasta Bake
My eating definitely needs some work and more balance.
Next Week I plan to try more salads, less carbs and drinking more water.
