Why is it always harder to cancel something than joining it?
Like the gym, some kind of rewards program, some kind of discount program… etc…
I can join online, give you my name, All my information, Social Security number BUT!!!! Hold on when I want to cancel I have to COME IN or WRITE A LETTER and send it CERTIFIED MAIL because it might get lost…. You charge my bank account electronically so I better be able to cancel electronically… -_-
