Monday
-
- 1st Meal: Simple Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
- 2nd Meal: Bowl of Cheerios Multi Grain Cereal
- 3rd Meal: Zuchinni and Veggie Spaghetti with Meatballs
- 4th Meal: Vegan Burger from Black Tap NYC
- To Drink: 8 oz Peach Lemonade, few glasses of water(almost a gallon)
Tuesday
- 1st Meal: Banana Blueberry Smoothie

- 2nd Meal: 2 Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 3rd Meal: (Well really third thing I put in my mouth really not a meal)
- 4th Meal: Zuchinni and Veggie Spaghetti with Meatballs
- Drinks: several glasses of water (almost a gallon), pre-workout before the gym and 6 oz of Peach Lemonade (that I watered down)
Wednesday
- 1st Meal: Ham, Egg and Cheese on Honey Wheat
- 2nd Meal: The other half of the Caramel Core Ice Cream
- 3rd Meal: Cream Cheese and Turkey on Honey Wheat Sandwich
- 4th Meal: Rice, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Corn and Chicken
- Drinks: 40 ounces of water all day 🙁
Thursday
- 1st Meal: Blueberry Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
- 2nd Meal: Honey Bunches of Oats with Almond Milk
- 3rd Meal: Rice, Black Beans, Tomatoes, Corn and Chicken
- Drinks: 40 ounces of water, one 12 oz bottle of Corona Light
Friday
- 1st Meal: Banana Berry (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry) Protein Smoothie
- 2nd Meal: Two Turkey Burgers with Parmesan Cheese, Toast, Avocado and Cucumbers (Not the best looking dish, I was too lazy to go tot the store for buns and lettuce.)
As for my water consumption I bought these bottles from Amazon a year ago and I fill all four with water and my goal is to drink all four and even more water in a day. Buy Here
