What I Ate This Week

Monday
Another late Monday and BA Decisions
- 1st Meal: Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza from Domino’s with Chocolate Lava Cake
- To Drink: A lot of water and 12 oz of Coca Cola
Tuesday

- 1st Meal: Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
- 2nd Meal: Beef, Broccoli and Carrots over Brown Rice
- 3rd Meal: Almond Flour Crust Cheese Pizza (Post Below is an old one from Instagram – No Pepperoni or Cheese was added – Swipe)
- Drinks: 1 bottle Angry Orchard, several glasses of water
- Snacks: None
Wednesday
- 1st Meal: Cucumber and Apple Smoothie with 2 boiled eggs
- 2nd Meal: Bowl of Cheerios
- 3rd Meal: Two Turkey, Cream Cheese and Lettuce Sandwiches
- 4th Meal: Bowl of Cheerios
- Snacks: Not really a snack but my boyfriend got me a bacon eggs and cheese croissant from Dunkin Donuts
- Drinks: Lots of Water, La Croix Water and Homemade Green Tea (Sweetened with Splenda)
Thursday
- 1st Meal: Bowl of Cheerios
- 2nd Meal: Beef, Broccoli and Carrots over Brown Rice
- 3rd Meal: Ham and Cheese Grilled Wrap
- Snacks: None
- Drinks: Green Tea with Lemon and Splenda (2 Quarts) throughout the day, Tons of Water
Friday
- 1st Meal: 1 Slice Cheese Pizza, 1 Slice Pepperoni pizza
- 2nd Meal: Sushi (I had 7 Pieces) All Brown Rice, Tuna Cucumber Roll, Albacore Roll, Salmon Avocado Roll
- Snacks: Chocolate Cake, French fries
- Drinks: 20 oz Ginger Ale, 4-6 glasses of water
Based on feedback I have received, going forward for W”hat I Ate This Week” I am aiming to take more pictures of what I eat and drink so this could be more helpful.
Also please note some of these meals are formulated for weight loss some are just straight junk food and bad decisions.
