Monday

1st Meal: Caramel Banana Protein Shake and Bowl of Fruity Cheerios


2nd Meal: Fried Chicken
3rd Meal: Strawberry Shake with Cocoa Powder Rim


Snack: 1 Monterrey Jack and 1 Cheddar Cheese Stick

Tuesday

1st Meal: 3 Hard Boiled Eggs and a Small Bowl of Corn Pops in Fat Free Milk

2nd Meal: Caramel Banana Protein Oats Shake
3rd Meal: Pesto Alfredo Chicken and Whole Wheat Pasta with Sun-dried Tomatoes (Leftover from Last week)


4th Meal: Bowl of Corn Pops in Fat Free Milk
Snacks: 3 servings of White Cheddar Good Thins, Monterrey Jack Cheese Stick

Wednesday

1st Meal: Caramel Banana Protein Oats Shake

2nd Meal: Vanilla Ice Cream with Caramel Sauce

3rd Meal: Pancakes, Eggs and Bacon

Thursday

1st Meal: Caramel Banana Protein Oats Shake

2nd Meal: Fried Scallops and French Fries

Friday

1st Meal: Caramel Banana Protein Oats Shake

2nd Meal: Taco Bell – I really don’t know what was but I know I had two of the Doritos Taco with the out soft shell and two cheesy roll up and a burrito (Not sure of the name) 

3rd Meal: 8 Wheat Crackers with Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cheddar
