Don’t Lose a Loyal Man, Because He’s Occasionally Unfaithful

Ok so I reposted Jibber Jabber Blog By Neesh on Instagram (great feed, follow her)  after seeing this post saying

Don’t Lose a Loyal Man, Because He’s Occasionally Unfaithful

and I went on a rant…. I am not going to go into the oxymoron of that phrase, but the hidden meaning behind it.

Look!! It’s too f**king early in the year for this nonsense. Stop this crap rhetoric, of telling women they need to be cheated on, lied to, and all this bullshit to have a good man. Yeah there are relationships where there was cheating in the beginning I guess, or at some point and then it stopped. But society needs to STOP conditioning women believe they HAVE TO deal with it. A good man will build you up from day one. I’ll continue this rant on my blog. So I keep hearing and seeing people say things like you have to put up with some crap to have a good man. Okay if that crap is him leaving the toilet seat up, cool. Just put it back down and don’t fall in.

But this thing of telling women or having women believe that they have to be cheated on, lied to and disrespected and be this “ride or die” woman to have a “good man” is bulls**t and poisonous! I see it in b.s. memes, quotes “love stories” and various forms of “helpful advice” from other women.

I have had older women tell me I’m going to have to put up with some infidelity to be with a good man.
“You’ll have to put up with him stepping out but if he’s a good man you should keep him.”
What kinda shit is that? How is he even a “good man” if he’s hurting me?

  • You do not have to deal with side chicks
  • You do not have to deal with lies
  • You don’t need to stay with someone who doesn’t value you to find happiness.

Yes some women may say well they dealt with a cheating spouse and now their relationship is fine and monogamous or whatever. But because you dealt with it, doesn’t make it a requirement for other women or something you should be telling them they have to deal with. Forgive the f**k away if you want to, but don’t you dare tell someone they have to forgive and put up with cheating and being devalued to have a “good man”.

Being cheated on, lied to, disrespected and being taken for granted is NOT a requirement for a happy relationship. And dealing with it isn’t “Loyalty”.
