What I Ate This Week E.5

Welcome to What  I Ate This Week

This is apart of my fitness journey where  I document everything  I eat and try to have a more balanced diet.. So by now you’ll see salads one day and  junk for the next. 

Monday

1st Meal: Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

2nd Meal: Meatball Spinach Pasta Bake

 

3rd Meal: Eggs Bacon Avocado

Tuesday

1st Meal: Pancakes, Sliced Banana and Eggs

2nd Meal: Baked Salmon on a Whole Wheat Bun with Baby Romaine

 

Wednesday

1st Meal: Homemade Thin Crust Pizza and Strawberry Salad (Baby Romaine, Strawberries and Caesar Dressing) 

2nd Meal: Whole Wheat Pasta with Pesto and Alfredo Sauce, with Chicken and Sun-dried Tomatoes

Snacks: A Whole Box of Good Thins “The Potato One” White Cheddar throughout the day. Some Wheat Saltines and Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cheddar. 

Thursday

1st Meal: Oatmeal and Bananas

2nd Meal: Potatoes, Broccoli and Chicken (My brother’s girlfriend cooked) 

3rd Meal:  I had three slices of pictures. No pics. 🙁

Friday

1st Meal: Cappuccino and Cheese Danish

2nd Meal: Two Homemade Pizzas
